En un entorn incert com l’actual encara adquireix més importància l’elaboració d’un pressupost anual per a l’exercici 2021 i per a la seva elaboració aquests són els punts més importants que ha de conèixer:
- Calcular el marge brut que obté amb la seva activitat, és a dir la diferència entre les vendes i el cost dels productes venuts.
- Efectuar una previsió de vendes objectiva per al pròxim exercici.
- Analitzar detalladament les despeses necessàries per a la seva activitat. Si bé aquestes despeses acostumen a ser bastant estables d’un exercici a un altre, en l’actual conjuntura poden produir-se nombroses variacions que ha d’analitzar amb detall. Pagaré tot el lloguer del local de negoci? Hauré de realitzar un ERTO per a reduir les despeses fixes? Quines altres mesures de contenció de despeses puc realitzar?
- Calcular el punt mort, és a dir les vendes necessàries per a cobrir els seus costos fixos i comparar aquesta dada amb les vendes previstes. Si la diferència és negativa, haurem de tornar a analitzar les despeses per a veure quines mesures podem realitzar per a contenir-les i obtenir un resultat d’explotació positiu.
És important que aquest pressupost es realitzi de forma el més objectiva possible i de manera mensual per a poder comparar els resultats obtinguts cada mes amb les quantitats pressupostades i poder realitzar els ajustos necessaris en el pressupost.
